Despatch and Delivery
Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus, please be aware that we are trying our best to fulfil all orders as best we can and as quickly as possible but due to a large increase in orders, we are experiencing delays. Therefore we currently cannot guarantee our Next Working Day delivery service, however for the fastest possbile delivery, please choose “DPD Courier” at checkout which will be shipped as a priority.
Due to this increase in demand, we are no longer able to process embroidery orders either and this facility has been temporarily removed from the website until further notice. We also apologise if any email enquiries are not responded to with our usual promptness, we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Standard delivery is either First Class Royal Mail for smaller orders or a signed for courier service on all larger orders with a flat charge of £3.99. This is FREE for orders £75 or over for all UK customers including Northern Ireland. Orders sent outside the UK will be sent by courier. Please allow at least a week for delivery outside of the UK mainland.
1st Class Royal Mail – Order before 2pm* for your order to be sent out the same day
DPD Courier – Order before 12pm* for your order to be sent out the same day
*Only applies on working days (Monday to Friday)
If your order requires embroidery, this normally adds to the despatch time, usually between an extra 1 to 5 days. Upgrading to next day courier will not necessarily speed up the despatch time so if urgently required please call us and we will aim to prioritise your embroidery.
Please allow at least 5 working days to receive any non embroidered order sent by standard delivery. In practice we hope your order will arrive within 1 to 2 working days (not embroidered/personalised garments) but on occasion there may be delays, especially during periods of high demand, industrial action and unusual weather. Please also check with your neighbour in case your parcel has been left with them for any reason.
Larger orders (dependent on weight of parcels) are automatically sent by courier and will require a signature.
UK Mainland Next Working Day Courier Service (excluding KOI)
If you need your garments a little more quickly you can optionally upgrade to a next working day courier service for an additional £6.99. This is a NEXT WORKING DAY (Monday to Friday) service – we do not offer a Saturday delivery courier service. Also this doesn’t apply to embroidered goods, upgrading to courier will not expediate your personalised order as adding embroidery on to your garments adds at least 1 to 7 working days, ring us if urgent and we will do our best to prioritise your order.
The Courier Service requires a signature – please use an alternative address if you are not going to be at home.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY DESPATCH FOR NEXT WORKING DAY COURIER DELIVERY IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED BEFORE MIDDAY (and is NOT embroidered/personalised) (subject to stock availability). Note: Working day is Monday to Friday and excludes bank and public holidays.
KOI GARMENTS are NOT available for next day delivery, KOI is dispatched direct from our supplier so you may receive your order in more than one delivery
If it is exceptionally urgent and you have ordered after midday we recommend you follow up with a phone call and we will do our best to accommodate you if our courier parcels have not yet been sent.
Some UK postcodes (northern ireland, island and highlands) are not able to take next working day delivery, it may be a two day service.
The courier requires a signature so you may want to choose a different delivery address when ordering. Courier deliveries are normally between 8.30am and 6.00pm. However, on occasion and if courier is exceptionally busy deliveries can be earlier or later. If you are not home when delivery is attempted the driver will leave a calling card and you will need to contact the courier to rearrange delivery. Please provide a telephone number when upgrading to courier, if you do not, this may delay your order.
Please ensure you give us your telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you regarding your delivery, if you do not provide a contact number it may delay your delivery.
Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands and Islands (£10)
If you would prefer your items to be delivered by courier to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, scottish Highlands and Islands then this will cost £10.
Republic of Ireland
We currently offer a a courier service to Southern Ireland addresses at a cost of £16 per order.
European Delivery (from £16)
All European orders are sent by courier – this is a signed for and trackable service.

If we receive your order before 12:00 noon UK time on a working day (Monday-Friday, except UK public holidays) we aim to despatch your goods on the same day, otherwise on the next working day (subject to availability from stock). You must tell us in writing, within 7 days of the date of your order, of any claim for non-delivery, late delivery, or damage to goods in transit. Our liability in respect of such claims is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the price (at our discretion) and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.
UK Returns & Replacements
From receiving your goods you have up to 30 working days to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and will be returning the goods for a refund or replacement. You can notify us via an Email, fax, letter or a phone call. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and to pay for their return to AWB (unless they are faulty or were sent in error). If the goods are faulty or the order was sent incorrect, please contact us before sending back the garments as we will arrange pick up of the goods or send you a stamped packet to send the goods back to us. We advise that clothing only be tried on indoors to avoid any unnecessary damage to the garments. Refunds will not be issued if the garments are received damaged and/or with marks, stains on (especially make up). We can offer a collection service but this will be at an additional charge to you (unless items are faulty or sent in error).
If you are receiving replacement goods then you have 7 working days from when you received the goods to notify us that you wish to return them for a refund or another replacement. In these circumstances we will happily arrange for a collection from the location of your choice.
Please note: Embroidered and personalised garments cannot be refunded (unless faulty or sent in error) as they are classed as bespoke garments.

UK Faulty & Item Errors
If you receive items in error or you deem them to be faulty please contact AWB as soon as possible so we can arrange a collection via courier or send you a stamped addressed packet for their return. We will either offer replacement goods or a full refund.
