DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
Standard Delivery (Free to all UK customers)
Standard delivery is either First Class Royal Mail for smaller orders or a signed for courier service on all larger orders. This is free for all UK customers, however you can optionally upgrade to a next working day courier service for an additional £4.00. Delivery to non-UK addresses is a flat rate of £5.00. Please note that we do not offer a courier service on orders sent outside the UK, these orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
If your order requires embroidery, this normally adds to the despatch time, usually between an extra 1 to 3 days. By upgrading to next day courier will not necessarily speed up the despatch time so if urgently required please call us and we will aim to prioritise your embroidery.
On our standard delivery, please allow at least 3 to 4 working days, although in practice we hope you order will arrive within 1 to 2 working days but on occasion there may be delays especially during busy periods and if industrial action is taking place by the Royal Mail. *Embroidered goods - see important note below
Larger orders (dependent on weight of parcels) are automatically are sent by courier and will require a signature.
Next Working Day Courier (only offered to UK mainland customers) Working days are Monday to Friday - we do not offer a Saturday courier service
Next working day Courier is offered for an additional £4.00. Please note that if you order before midday we will despatch the same day (subject to stock availability) if it is exceptionally urgent and you have ordered after midday we recommend you follow up with a phone call and we will do our best to accommodate you if our courier parcels have not yet been sent. Some UK postcodes are not able to take next day delivery, it maybe a 2 day service, we will let you know if this is the case on your order.
EMBROIDERY
If your order requires embroidery, this normally adds to the despatch time, usually between an extra 1 to 3 days. If urgently required please call us and we will aim to prioritise your embroidery. By upgrading to next day courier will not necessarily speed up the despatch time so if urgently required please call us and we will aim to prioritise your embroidery.
*From Wednesday 1st September until Monday 6th September inclusive, there will be no embroidery on site, therefore, all personalised garments ordered from our website from midday Tuesday 31st August may be subject to a longer delay than usual. If you have any concerns regarding your order then please call us on 01288 353281.
Please note that the courier requires a signature so you may want to choose a different delivery address when ordering. Courier deliveries are normally between 9am and 5.30pm. However, on occasion and if courier is exceptionally busy deliveries can be later. If you are not home when delivery is attempted the driver will leave a yellow calling card and you will need to contact the courier to rearrange delivery. Please ensure you give us your telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you regarding your delivery, if you do not give us your number it may delay your delivery.
Despatch Time
If we receive your order before 12:00 noon UK time on a working day (Monday-Friday, except UK public holidays) we aim to despatch your goods on the same day, otherwise on the next working day (subject to availability from stock). Additionally, we do not currently offer a Saturday delivery service, the courier is next working day only (where possible). If your order requires embroidery, this normally adds to the despatch time, usually between an extra 1 to 3 days. If urgently required please call us and we will aim to prioritiese your embroidery, by upgrading to courier on an embroidered order will not necessarily speed up the process.

You must tell us in writing, within 7 days of the date of your order, of any claim for non-delivery, late delivery, or damage to goods in transit. Our liability in respect of such claims is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the price (at our discretion) and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.
RETURNS
You may return any product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resaleable condition. Your refund will include the full value of the items returned minus the cost of carriage from us to you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and organising their return by suitable carrier or postal service.
'Resaleable condition' means that the product has to be unused, in its original packaging and unmarked with any labels intact. It is perfectly acceptable for you to try on the garments. Garments that have been worn (other than to try the size), washed, marked or personalised in any way will not be accepted as returns.
Should any item be delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or should there by any shortages, please notify us within 2 (two) working days and we will rectify the situation. Returns to be sent to: A W Bent, Union Mill, Stratton, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 9AL
Please note: Embroidered or personalised garments correctly supplied against an order cannot be returned or be refunded.
