Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. How to participate
   1. In order to enter this promotion, go to https://www.awbtextiles.co.uk and enter the information requested.
   2. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
   3. You may only submit up to two entries to this promotion. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
2. Start date
   • This promotion will run monthly (calendar month) until otherwise announced.
3. Closing date
   • The closing date each month for this promotion will be the last day of the month at 23:59. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into that months promotion. It will automatically entered into the next months promotion.
4. Selection of the winner
   1. The winner of the competition will be the owner of the submission chosen by the promoter out of all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Prize
   1. The prize is as follows: £50 in Amazon vouchers.
   2. The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses. It is not exchangeable for a cash alternative.
6. Restrictions and requirements
   1. Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: This promotion is only applicable in the UK.
   2. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
7. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
   1. The promoter will notify the winner by email on or before 10 working days after the closing date. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).
   2. The winner will receive their prize on or before up to 10 working days after notification response in clause 7.1.
8. Publicity and personal information
   1. Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph below.    2. The first name of the winner will be published on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, our website,etc.).
   3. If you do not want your name included on the list of winners referred to above, please email infoawbtextiles.co.uk prior to the closing date of the promotion.
   4. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
9. General
   1. This promotion is operated by A W Bent Ltd.
   2. Entrants acknowledge that copyright in all submissions (including images and videos) will be owned by the promoter from submission. Entrants agree to assign exclusively to the promoter (by way of a written document, separate to these terms and conditions, if requested by the promoter) all intellectual property rights in the submission with full title guarantee and to waive their moral rights in the submission.
   3. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
   4. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
   5. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
