One care resident from Peterborough was honoured to receive a response from the Queen after she had sent a letter of congratulations to Queen Elizabeth regarding the birth of her Granddaughter.

In a recent article by carehome.co.uk resident Jean Clarke said “I was really surprised to receive a letter from the Queen! I have always been a great supporter of the Royal Family and I feel honoured that someone at the palace took the time to respond to me.”
It has been reported that the staff at this Care home were “delighted” that they could help Ms Clarke achieve this.

I’m also on the national exec of the Society of Hospital Laundry and Linen Service Managers.I’m proud of the history and heritage of AWB and this drives me to provide our customers with the best possible service and the latest innovations in healthcare uniform, be it in style,  function,  fabrics or sustainability.Out of work, I love to travel ( particularly Greece and Italy ), tragically I’m a Stoke City football fan and I love to walk our little Blenheim Cavvie ‘Beau’ around our lovely local area.
