UK Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is either:

1. Tracked Royal Mail to UK postcodes including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands or;
2. A free upgrade (at AWB’s sole discretion) to a Courier Service to UK postcodes excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and some Aberdeen postcodes. 

Customers have the option to upgrade their Delivery to a Courier Service for an additional cost prior to check-out. Please note that for a Courier Service to some UK postcodes (e.g. Northern Ireland, Island and Highlands including some Aberdeen postcodes) there are additional costs which will be displayed at checkout. Please check these carefully prior to completing your order.

For UK web orders over £75 (including VAT) Standard Delivery is free.

Orders sent outside the UK will be sent by courier. Please allow at least a week for delivery outside of the UK mainland.

Tracked Royal Mail: Order before 2pm* for your order to be sent out the same day

Courier Service:  Order before 12pm* for your order to be sent out the same day

*Only applies on working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays), is subject to stock and excludes embroidery orders.

If your order requires embroidery, this can add between 1 and 5 additional days to the despatch time. Upgrading to a Courier Service will not speed up the process of despatch.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will explore whether your order can be prioritised.

Please allow at least 5 working days to receive any non-embroidered order sent by Tracked Royal Mail. In practice we hope your order will arrive within 1 to 2 working days (not embroidered/personalised garments)but on occasion there may be delays beyond our control during periods of high demand, industrial action and unusual weather. 

In the event, of suspected non-delivery, please also check with your neighbours in case your order has been left with them prior to contacting us.
