Healthcare tops from AWB Textiles

For healthcare workers, choosing to wear a scrub top of some kind is a given. But did you know that our healthcare tops come in different styles?

In this blog, we’ve rounded up some of the styles we offer. So, whether you like a v-neck or a chest pocket, explore our choices below. Please note: to introduce our new KOI Comfort v-neck top, this post has been updated since it was originally published in July 2017.

How do you like to wear your healthcare top?

V-neck

In terms of the way the garment sits, a v-neck cut adds some extra movement and comfort. Many of our customers prefer to wear v-necks in busy and hot healthcare environments simply because they have a looser fit. Our 1st Choice v-neck is a good starting point.

We’re also now offering the KOI Comfort range, part of which is the Nicole v-neck top – a stylish flattering everyday women’s scrub top. With its soft touch and higher cotton content than normal scrubs makes it comfortable to wear.

Wrap

Wrap tops can provide a snugger fit, holding the top into the body. This is great for people who do not want their clothing to hang off the body, so keeping it away from patients for example. Our wrap tops are very good sellers – explore the highly-popular Dickies wrap top.

Chest pocket

For people who want to keep important items close, then a chest pocket is often the preferred style. Take a look at this Cherokee top with a chest pocket.

Multi side pockets

If you need to keep more than one or two things close by, then you might want to try a top with two patch pockets. These deeper pockets, usually at the bottom of a top, are great for notebooks, phones and bits of medical kit. Try the Dickies top with side patch pockets.

Fitted

Fitted tops are increasing in popularity, as people look for newer and more modern styles. Discover the latest fitted top from the Dickies Xtreme Stretch range.
